The Collection Management Reports are run against item and holdings and circulation data harvested nightly out of Voyager. The reports are built in a sequence starting with three files that contain 1) the display call numbers of items added, 2) call numbers of items charged, and 3) call numbers of all items in a class. These output files are then run through a script that sorts and counts the call numbers, then outputs them in categories derived from the North American Title count.
