Penn Library Quality/Impact Survey - 2004

In the spring of 2004, the Library surveyed faculty and students of Penn's twelve schools to gauge their perceptions of Library service quality and the impact of that service on academic work. The statistical findings of the survey, the questionnaire, and comments are linked to this page.

The results of the 2002 Survey are also in the Data Farm. These studies were preceded by LibQual I, an ARL pilot that Penn took part in with eleven other libraries. LibQual I results are available here.
